Minimal steps to the lake/dock.  Dock features a 25' x 32' covered rec/dining are with TV, stereo, dining table plus bar seating, gas grill,  sun dock with chaise lounges, a 10' x 28' covered boat slip, two PWC Lifts, dock locker and sturdy ladder.  All of our docks are equipped with a Dock Lifeguard system for your safety and piece of mind.

Two Kayaks are provided for your use.

As life jackets are a personal fit item, we do not stock these.  If you will be renting a boat - rental boats are required to provide life jackets for maximum capacity of the boat.

We have a boat rental service that delivers to and picks up from the dock at very reasonable discounted rates.

We don't stock paper or personal hygiene items, however, we do leave enough bath tissue, paper towels and soap/detergent in the home to get you started until you make it to the store.
